Java Edition

Supported Versions: 1.20.1 - 1.21.x (Latest recommended)
  1. Open Minecraft Java Edition
  2. Click Multiplayer
  3. Click Add Server
  4. Enter server address: play.primordialmc.com
  5. Click Done and join the server

Bedrock Edition

Supported Platforms: Windows 10/11, Xbox, PlayStation, Mobile, Switch

DNS Method (Console & Mobile)

  1. Go to System Settings → Internet → Internet Settings
  2. Select your Wi-Fi connection → Change Settings → DNS → Manual
  3. Set Primary DNS: 104.238.130.180
  4. Set Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8
  5. Save settings and launch Minecraft
  6. Connect through the featured servers list

Direct Connect (Windows 10/11)

  1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition
  2. Go to the Servers tab
  3. Scroll down and click Add Server
  4. Enter server name: PrimordialMC
  5. Enter server address: play.primordialmc.com
  6. Port: 19132 (default)
  7. Save and join

Troubleshooting

"Can't connect to server" or "Server not found"

Make sure you're using the correct server address: play.primordialmc.com (no http:// or www). Check that you're using a supported Minecraft version. If issues persist, try restarting Minecraft or check our Discord for server status.

"Outdated client" or "Outdated server"

You're using an unsupported Minecraft version. We support Java 1.20.1 - 1.21.x. Update or downgrade your client to a supported version.

Bedrock players: "Unable to connect to world"

If using direct connect, make sure the port is set to 19132. For console players using the DNS method, verify your DNS settings are correct. Join our Discord for platform-specific help.
